Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
  2. Arrange cooked broccoli in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  3. Place cooked chicken over the broccoli.
  4. In bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, curry powder, garlic salt, pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread evenly over chicken.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Cover lightly with foil and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15-20 minutes more, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot, over cooked rice, if desired.
