Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak the tamarind in warm water
  2. Chop the the onion and brinjal
  3. Extract 2 cups of juice
  4. Heat the oil in pan and add garnic
  5. Add the onion and fry tell golden brown
  6. Add the brinjal and fry till purple
  7. Add the extracted juice, salt and chilli powder and bring it to boil in medium flame
  8. After the oil floats , add the seasoning of mustard and urid dal
