Brie and Mango Quesadillas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except tortillas) in bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Divide mixture evenly among tortillas and fold tortillas in half.
  4. Heat large non stick skillet over medium high heat,add 1 or 2 filled tortillas.
  5. Cook until cheese melts,turning once,about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas,cut each in half to serve.
