  1. Remove rind from top of cheese.
  2. Place cheese on a foil lined baking sheet; top with onions, nuts, and raisins.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese softens.
  4. Serve warm with crackers or sliced Granny Smith apples.
