Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 clove mashed garlic
  • 1 tbsp ice water

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients and form into patties.
  2. Allow to rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator before use.
  3. Heat pan over medium-high heat, and fry patties, flipping once.
  4. About 7 minutes total.
