Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream egg yolk, sugar, and cream cheese until well blended and spreadable. Cut crust from 2 loaves of sandwich bread, roll bread thin with rolling pin. Spread cream cheese mixture on each slice to 1/2 inch of edge. Roll up. Melt margarine and brush on rolled up dough then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  2. Bake 350* for 10-15 minutes on ungreased NON-STICK cookie sheet or pam sprayed regular cookie sheet. Serve with sour cream if desired.
  3. NOTE: These may be frozen until ready to use.
