Eggnog Quick Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients blending well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until just moist.
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350* for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, removed from pan.
