Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown Smoked Sausge (you can use any type you prefer i.e. pork sausage).
  2. Mix first five ingredients.
  3. Fold in cheese (you can yse any type you prefer i.e. cheddar, monterey).
  4. Fold in cooled sausage.
  5. Grease baking dish ( I use 9x12).
  6. Spread the batter in the dish.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees until browned (about 45 min).
