Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion, cook until soft (about 10 minutes).
  3. Add apples to pan, cook for 1 minute.(Stirring).
  4. Add cranberries and rosemary, cook for 1 minute.(Keep stirring!).
  5. Remove from heat, toss in cheese and mix.
  6. Serve immediately.
