Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup water, hot
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 40 g egg

Directions:

  1. Soak date with 1/2 baking power & 1/2 water
  2. Mix all but flour,egg and other half of baking powder together
  3. Add rest of ingredients mix well
  4. Bake 180 degrees C for 15- 20 mins
