BRAMBOROVE KNEDLIKY (Potato dumplings)

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 8 tbsp farina
  • 10 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes, then peel and mash.
  2. Add farina, flour, salt and egg.
  3. Work dough well.
  4. Divide into 5 dumplings.
  5. Place into boiling water, cook for 20 minutes.
