Braised Duck with Glutinous Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam duck for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove and cool.
  3. Mix rice with shrimps, salt, 1 Tbsp.
  4. Of soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese wine, pepper and scallions.
  5. Stuff duck with mixture and sew up cavity with thread.
  6. Place in casserole with water and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
  7. Remove and reserve liquid.
  8. In a clean wok add soy sauce, sugar, sherry and 4 Tbsp.
  9. Of broth and simmer until thick.
  10. Add duck and glaze all over.
  11. Serve hot.
