Directions:

  1. Cook pasta and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add mushrooms and proscuitto.
  3. Cook 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add light cream and heat ALMOST to boiling.
  5. Add peas and heat thru.
  6. Toss with hot pasta and Romano cheese.
