Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Tear lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Add strawberries, mandarin segments, pear slices, mayonnaise and sour cream, mix well.
  3. Add lemon juice and season with pepper, mix again.
  4. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
  5. Serve.
