Ingredients:
1 large boston lettuce, washed and dried
2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
1 cup mandarin segment
1 pear, peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup grated coconut
3 drops lemon juice
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. tear lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
2. add strawberries, mandarin segments, pear slices, mayonnaise and sour cream, mix well.
3. add lemon juice and season with pepper, mix again.
4. sprinkle with grated coconut.
5. serve.
