Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup bacon pieces
  • 1 can diced green chilies (4 oz)
  • 1 bottle mexican beer
  • 1/2 cup onions diced
  • 2 can pinto beans (16 oz)
  • 1 can rotel (10 oz)

Directions:

  1. In medium pot over medium-high heat, stir to combine all ingredients except cilantro. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in cilantro and serve.
