Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 (3 oz) can green chilies
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 cups rice

Directions:

  1. Blend cilantro, green chiles and onion together in food processor.
  2. Bring water to a boil
  3. Add all ingredients.
  4. Simmer covered 30 minutes.
