Bombay Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz peas
  • 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
  • 12 1/2 oz chicken
  • 6.09 oz rice

Directions:

  1. Prepare Near East Rice Pilaf as directed, but boil only for 10 minutes
  2. Add 15oz can of peas, 14.5oz can diced tomatoes, 12.5oz can of chicken
  3. Mix well, boil for 15 minutes
  4. Stir and serve!
