Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef is lightly browned and onion is tender.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, catsup oregano and sugar. Cover, simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  3. Spoon off excess fat. Remove from heat and add cream cheese, and parmesan; stir until cream cheese has melted and is well combined.
  4. Serve warm with Ritz crackers or Wheat thins.
  5. Makes 3 cups
