Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet for 5 minutes.
  2. Add bell pepper, tomatoes, cayenne, thyme, cloves, salt, pepper and water.
  3. Bring to a boil and add ham and rice.
  4. Cover then lower heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Place shrimp on top then cover and cook another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
