Blueberry Spinach Salad With Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette

  1. Wash the spinach and blueberries with cool water in a colander. Drain, and place into large salad bowl, along with any optional ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the balsamic vinaigrette dressing with the cracked peppercorn. Either allow guests to pour their own dressing, or toss together with salad shortly before serving.
