Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and sugar well in a small bowl.
  2. In a heavy saucepan, bring blueberries and water to a boil.
  3. Add flour and sugar mixture and cook until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
  5. Great over cheesecake, pancakes, or ice cream.
