Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  2. Heat and stir on medium high until it boils.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain.
  5. Pour into 2 hot sterilized half pint jars, diving evenly.
  6. Add boiling water if needed to fill within 1/4 inch of top. Place sterilized metal lids on jars and screw metal bands on securely. For added assurance against spoilage, you may choose to process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
