Blueberry Muffin's-Aunt Isabelle's Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pint blueberries

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients. do not over beat! (Best to mix by hand).
  2. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Sprinkle sugar on top before baking.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
