Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Freeze peanut butter cups
  3. In mixing bowl, cream peanut butter and butter
  4. Gradually add sugars, beating until light and fluffy
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended
  6. In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt
  7. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture, mixing until well blended after each addition
  8. Coarsely chop peanut butter cups
  9. Fold into batter
  10. Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan
  11. Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  12. Cool on rack
  13. Spread frosting over cake
  14. Sprinkle with peanuts
  15. Frosting
  16. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler
  17. In mixing bowl, combine rest of ingredients and beat until smooth
  18. Add chocolate and beat until smooth
  19. Chill until spread consistency
