Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9 X 9 pan.
  3. In a large bowl combine the corn meal, flour, sugar and baking powder.
  4. Mix to combine and then add the milk, eggs and melted butter and mix well taking care not to over mix.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. You can, if you prefer, make this recipe as muffins.
