Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Cream Shortning and Sugar.
  2. Add Beaten Egg.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients and Milk And Add To The Egg Mixture.
  4. Line pan with blueberries and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Pour mixture Over Blueberries.
  6. Bake 50 minutes Or Untill Golden Brown at 350°F degrees.
