Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter or 6 tbsp margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix until moistened.
  2. Put in greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
