Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use 1 tblsp. of the flour to sprinkle blueberries.
  3. In a large bowl stir together remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  4. In another bowl combine mashed banana, milk and egg.
  5. Stir in dry ingredients, mix until well blended.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
  7. Pour mixture into a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until bread begins to pull away from the sides of the pan, and wooden toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes, remove loaf and place on rack to cool completely.
