Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spread crab, cheeses and onions in crust.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper and pour slowly into crust.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 35 minutes
  5. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
