Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the first four ingredients.
  3. Mix on medium speed until well blended.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients, and sift into the first mixture; beat well.
  5. Gently stir in the blueberries.
  6. Pour into a 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
