Ingredients:

  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bacon slices
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup stale bread cubes
  • bacon drippings

Directions:

  1. Hollow out tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and invert to drain. Cook bacon slices with 1 garlic clove,chop,then toss with lettuce,bread cubes,mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
  2. Stuff into tomatoes,then brush with bacon drippings.
  3. Bake at 425' for 20 to 30 mins.
