Ingredients:

  • tomatoes (those campari ones are usually the perfect size for this & actually taste decent in the winter)
  • i haven'tsp put specific amounts of ingredients because you can easily adjust to make how much you need

Directions:

  1. Fry up bacon until crumbly crispy. Slow & Low.
  2. Let bacon set & cool. Then crumble it into the mayo. (A few slices of bacon for each 1/2 cup of mayo is about right)
  3. Top the Melba toasts with a healthy smear of the bacon mayo
  4. Slice tomatoes and place a slice on top of each mayo prepped toast.
  5. Devour. Or hide so that they are not devoured until the intended time.
