Ingredients:

  • 8 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 -2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 -3 birds eye chiles, de-seeded and finely sliced

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jam jar.
  2. Leave to rest for 20 minutes.
