Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put shredded cabbage in bowl with tight-fitting cover.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar,salt, sugar and pepper.
  3. Pour over cabbage and mix well.
  4. Add bleu cheese and stir.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
