  1. First u have to wash your black-eye and pressure cook for at least 15 minutes until soft then clean and wash the fish with lime by then you prepare your carrots, sweet peppers,okra in a bowl and set aside then get your seasoning together example; celery,chives and cilantro in a blender with garlic and 1 hot pepper and blend to a paste then season fish with salt and seasoning and set aside put a pot to hot and add oil with garlic onion and 1/2 of hot pepper and simmer for a few seconds then add the some of the blended seasoning and let simmer for less than a minute then add your black-eye peas with the water put in your carrots ,sweet peppers and okra and let boil for 3 minutes then add your fish and let cook for another 3 minutes add corn then taste salt and peppers for your perfection6.
