Ingredients:

  1. Mix the yeast with 1/2 cup water and 4 tablespoons flour and honey
  2. Proof
  3. Mix flours
  4. Make well pour milk, water, yeast, oil.
  5. Add salt
  6. Mix
  7. Knead 15 minutes
  8. Put in greased bowl
  9. Cover with damp cloth
  10. Til doubled
  11. On lightly floured board divide dough
  12. Use rolling pin to a round
  13. Brush surface with oil
  14. Sprinkle olives on top
  15. Roll up.
  16. Put loaf on greased baking sheet
  17. Let rise until doubled
  18. Slash diagonal cuts about 1/2 inch deep across loaves bake 35 minutes 400 degree oven.
