Directions:

  1. Soak the beans overnight. (1 cup of dried beans makes 2 cups of cooked beans.)
  2. Add all ingredients into pressure cooker EXCEPT salsa.
  3. Bring to full pressure, then cook for six minutes.
  4. Cool enough to open pressure cooker, then open lid.
  5. Add salsa.
  6. Puree.
  7. Yes, you can make this without a pressure cooker. It takes about 45 minutes in a pot on the stove or 8 hours in a crock pot on low.
