  1. Take the fresh berries and freeze them shortly before making this to give it a chill and consistency of an iced cooling drink with texture
  2. Place the berries, orange juice, ice and banana in blender
  3. Blend on high speed until mixutre is almost smooth...
  4. Pour mixutre into a big glass (or you can even put it in a cereal bowl and eat it with a spoon)
  5. Stir in honey if desired
  6. Top with granola and some blueberries (about three or four)
  7. And add fresh mint and just a spritz of fresh lemon and stick in a straw and sip away to a summertime morning filled with sunshine fruits and antioxidants and potassium..
  8. Don't forget to have a tall spoon to reach in for some sumptuous bites of this smoothie which is rich and colorful and full of good stuff......
