Black and Blue Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lime , juice of
  • 1 1/2 oz rum
  • 2 oz club soda

Directions:

  1. In a shaker, muddle mint leaves, blackberries, lime juice and sugar.
  2. Add rum, blue curacao and mix well.
  3. Add ice shake 4-5 times and quickly strain over ice.
  4. Add club soda and stir well.
  5. Garnish with blackberries, lime or mint sprig.
  6. Drink up and enjoy!
