Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put olive oil in a large frying pan and add onion and sarlic and cook till tender. add mushrooms, spices and cook for a couple three minutes. Add Red Wine and cook till liquid is nearly gone. Put the contents of the pan on a dish and set aside. add a little oil to the pan. Then pull the veal thru the milk and dredge it in the flour and cook in pan till brown on both sides pour mushrooms mixture over the Veal put cheese on top . Cover till heated and cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy.
