Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 pears (bosch if possible)
  • 1/4 cup currants
  • 1 frozen pie crust , pillsberry is best

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry products in a small container then put Blueberrys in a small container and the rest of the fruit in a larger one. Add honey and maple syrup to other fruit. Mix 2 tablespoons of dry mix with the blueberrys and the rest with the other fruit.Let rest for 30 Min.Line pie plate with pillsbury crust and put the blueberry mix in the bottom and the rest of the pruit on top.Put crust on top and pierce 8 or 9 times. . Bake at 400 for 15 min then reduce to 350 for 45 minute.
