Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium.
  2. Add onion and celery and saute 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add paprika, garlic and cayenne.
  4. Saute 1 minute more.
  5. Add ketchup, beer, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Simmer, uncovered, on medium-low until slightly reduced and flavors have blended, about 30 minutes.
  7. This can be prepared in advance and refrigerated or frozen.
