Shadow's Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups tomato paste (good with either or mixture of both) or 1 1/4 cups catsup (good with either or mixture of both)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lemon , juice of
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 dashes tabasco sauce (jump up and smack your mom hot sauce jump up and smack your mom) or 2 dashes hot sauce (jump up and smack your mom hot sauce jump up
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/8 cup basil vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in sauce pan except the onion and garlic.
  2. Put onion and garlic in a blender and liquefy.
  3. Mix with the other ingredients in the sauce pan.
  4. Heat until boiling over low heat, let simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Good on all meats.
