Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp butter flavor extract (optional)
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, Combine oil, honey, sugars, extracts and egg whites.
  3. In second bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Add dry to wet and combine.
  5. Add in raisins.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto silpat lined baking sheets.
  7. Bake 8 minutes.
