Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the honey, olive oil, vinegar and Tabasco sauce and lemon juice, stir well. Add olives and olive juice. Let sit for 15 minute.
  2. Slice onion, either leave in rings or chop- your choice.
  3. Place onion and shrimp in a container with a lid and pour liquid mixture over.
  4. Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. ** Make sure the shrimp has already been cooked and if frozen - thawed.
