Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine water, sugar, corn syrup and cornstarch in a large saucepan.
  2. Cook sugar mixture stirring continually, over medium heat until thickened, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Add the gelatin mix to the sugar mixture and stir until gelatin mix is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Cool slightly.
  4. Add raspberries and blueberries to the gelatin mixture and mix gently.
  5. Place hot waffles on individual serving plates. Spoon berry sauce over waffles.
  6. Add whipped topping over waffles with additional sauce on top.
  7. Serve immediately.
