Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Grease a 9 x 5 X 3 loaf pan
  3. Mix all ingredients together & add to pan
  4. Bake for 45 min in center of oven
  5. Brush butter on top
  6. Bake for an additional 15 min
  7. Optional: add a small chunks of old cheese to pan and insert into batter
  8. Note: same recipe can be used in muffin tin
