Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in medium mixing bowl.
  4. Add beer and mix well.
  5. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 minute
  6. During last few minutes of baking, brush top with melted butter.
