Beer and Lime Marinated Salmon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine lime juice, beer, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Place salmon fillets in shallow glass dish and pour marinade over top.
  4. Turn pieces several times to coat; cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven, broiler or grill.
  6. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Broil, bake or grill for about 10 minutes (for 1 thick fillets) or until fish flakes in center.
  8. Serve hot garnished with diced bell pepper, lime zest and pepper on top.
